We use Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified (the most stringent level of certification) payment processor to handle our recurring billing needs. You will add your payment method, manage your subscription, and handle recurring payments directly through the Stripe customer portal.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that we do not provide refunds for services that have been used or not used.

The Professional plan offers advanced AI models and exclusive access to a dedicated Windows and macOS desktop app. This app is designed to provide AI co-pilot when you share screen during the meeting for Leetcode-style coding tests. The app remains undetectable even when your screen is shared.

The Interview Copilot feature is fully compatible with leading online meeting platforms, including Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Chime.
